Next parent morning tea.

This week, our students took on a unique challenge; guiding a blindfolded partner through a maze.

The activity wasn't just about communication and teamwork; it was about trust, patience, and empathy. As students took turns leading and following, they experienced what it feels like to rely on someone else and discovered the importance of giving clear, kind, and encouraging guidance.

Our amazing HPE teacher tied in beautifully with our Thought of the Week:

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Whether we are helping a friend, including someone in a game, or offering words of encouragement, the way we treat others matters. This simple but powerful lesson reminded our students to lead with kindness, show respect, and care for others in the same way they hope to be treated themselves.

What a wonderful way to bring the Golden Rule to life!

Our students had an incredible time competing in the FUSE Cup, an international esports competition, where they put their teamwork and strategy to the test in a thrilling Capture the Flag challenge in Minecraft!

Working together, they faced off against another school team, communicating, planning, and adapting their tactics throughout the match. It was a fantastic opportunity to develop collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while connecting with students from around the world.

We're proud of the way our team represented our school with determination, sportsmanship, and resilience. Well done to everyone who took part!
