Our children have been busy exploring hands-on experiences both indoors and outdoors – from creating their own dinosaur worlds with natural materials, to engaging in sensory water play and creative drawing with shapes and loose parts.

Over the Easter period, the outside of Elm Tree received a fresh new look. We are excited for what’s coming next - stay tuned……

Our Easter event at Elm Tree was filled with laughter, joy and plenty of of wonderful moments from Easter hunts to shared smiles. It was a day to remember!!

Thank you to our families for joining our Easter parade and making it so special.

Chef Rachel made some yummy treats for the children for afternoon tea as well as for out families to enjoy.

Our Pre-Kindy children had the best time getting hands-on in the kitchen with Chef Rachel 👩‍🍳✨

Today we made delicious hot cross buns, exploring new skills like mixing, measuring, and rolling the dough.

The children were so engaged and excited to be part of the whole process—from start to finish!
This experience supported their confidence, independence, and teamwork, all while having so much fun (and enjoying the yummy smell of freshly baked buns! 🤍)

Come along and join the fun at the Teddy Bears Picnic hosted by the Rotary Club of Ormeau-Pimpama!

Enjoy a wonderful day featuring a teddy bears parade, rides, and fun activities for the whole family. We’ll also be handing out bubbles, colouring sheets, and pencils.

HARMONY DAY!!

Today we celebrated what makes our community so special – diversity, inclusion, and belonging 🧡
Our children explored different cultures through fun activities, meaningful conversations, and lots of orange to represent harmony. It was beautiful to see everyone coming together, embracing each other’s differences, and learning that everyone belongs.
