Celebrating International Vegemite Day today.

Today, the Kindergarten children had a visit from the loving ladies at Mini Medics.

The children learnt the important role of paramedics in our community was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they engaged in hands-on learning experiences and developed a deeper understanding of how we care for ourselves and others. 🆘🚑🏥

Our Nursery children embarked on an adventure to the garden where they were exposed to a world of senses touching, smelling and looking.

They also connected to their environment during this experience, helping care for our beloved garden by watering the plants. 🪴🪏🧑🏼‍🌾

Continuing our Creative Collection Journey, this month is painting, so toddlers visited painting in a captivating way inviting the children to touch and feel the natural materials added to the experience while also experimenting with paint 🎨 🖌️

A huge thank you to Miss Stacey for creating magic this week.

From the moment this homemade fairy wonderland was introduced into our environment, the curiosity, imagination and endless opportunity were unmatched. 🧚‍♀️ 🪄

Allowing the children’s minds to run freely in a drawing experience! Expressing their inner thoughts from texta to paper.

The children explored sensory play using their imagination to role, press, squeeze and manipulate the clay. The children experimented with different shapes and textures. It was wonderful to see their confidence as they shared ideas 🧱

From 27 May to 3 June, we come together to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every day.

Reconciliation starts with all of us, including our youngest learners. Through moments of curiosity, storytelling, music, art and connection, children begin to build understanding, respect and a sense of belonging.

Because every small conversation, shared experience and learning moment helps us to build towards a more inclusive future, together.

Today at 12 PM AEST, we are excited to participate in the National Simultaneous Storytime by reading "Luna Roo: The Kangaroo Baller"! 📚

This special event brings together children, parents, and educators from across Australia to celebrate the joy of reading. Luna Roo’s adventures inspire teamwork, courage, and the love of storytelling. Happy reading! 🌈📖

The children yesterday engaged to the little garden growers program. Connecting to the garden with great enthusiasm the children came with their best feet forward and dove into the world of gardening.
We loved watching their curiosity bloom as they proudly cared for their ever growing garden space! 👩‍🌾 🪏🍃
