A huge thank you to all of our wonderful mums, grandmothers and special women who joined us for our Mother’s Day Morning Tea. We are beyond grateful for all of your hard work, love and dedication each and every day.

We are so lucky to have such an amazing and supportive community here at Kidzco. It was so lovely seeing everyone come together and enjoy the morning, and our pilattes and yoga session was absolutely amazing!

Thank you all for your continued support, kindness and involvement in our centre. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and loved celebrating with you all 💐💕

This week, our children and staff came together to create a special ANZAC Day banner. Through this meaningful experience, we explored the importance of ANZAC Day and why we take time to remember and honour those who served our country.
The children engaged in thoughtful discussions, asked questions, and shared their ideas about what remembrance means. They showed great care while contributing to the banner, using art and creativity to express poppies, symbols of remembrance, and messages of respect.
This experience also supported the children in developing a sense of belonging and understanding of community, as they learned about the values of courage, mateship, and sacrifice. It was wonderful to see their empathy and curiosity as they connected with this important part of our history.
We are proud of the way everyone participated and showed respect throughout the activity. Lest we forget. 🌺

Today at Kidzco, we celebrated St Patrick’s Day in the most magical way! 💚🍀

The children had so much fun dressing in green, creating festive crafts, and enjoying themed activities filled with laughter and joy.

From shamrocks to smiles, it was a day full of creativity, friendship, and a little bit of Irish luck!
Our amazing educators truly got into the spirit as welldressing up, joining in the activities, and bringing so much energy and excitement to the day.

Their enthusiasm helped make the celebration even more special for the children, creating memories filled with fun and connection.

Today at Kidzco, our little gardeners rolled up their sleeves, slipped on their garden gloves, and got their hands delightfully dirty! 🌱 The children helped plant beautiful new flowers and tiny seedlings in our garden beds, carefully tucking each one into the soil and giving them a gentle drink of water. It was a wonderful day filled with teamwork, learning, and lots of smiles as we begin watching our garden grow together! 🌼🌿

📚✨ This morning, our Junior Kindy crew turned the outdoor area into their very own library! 😍 With Miss Maria and Miss Evonne’s awesome setup, the kids were so excited to borrow books and snag their own library bags! 🎒📖 It was a day full of fun and learning! 🌟

A big thank you to the Rural Fire Brigade for visiting Kidzco Merrimac today! 🚒🔥
The children were so excited to meet the firefighters and showed just how much they’ve learned about fire safety. 🙌

They proudly shared their knowledge—knowing to call 000 in an emergency, how to Stop, Drop and Roll, and how to Drop and Crawl through smoke. 🧠✨
We’re so proud of their confidence and understanding, and so grateful to our local heroes for making the visit so special.
