Teachers Be Planning

Teacher Planners made by a teacher with the aim of having everything in one place. It is functional, not bulky & includes a full mark book.

Our planners are 100% Aussie made & will help keep you organised.

Operating as usual

Unfortunately I’ve made the difficult decision not to make a 2024 Planner. I absolutely love making my planners so hope to be back with new designs in 2025.

Running a small business is tough though when I’m also teaching and have three daughters. Not only do I create our beautiful planners but am responsible for binding & assembling every single planner, sourcing the materials, arranging printing, photographing, social media, website, postage etc.

I have also prided myself on having our planners Australian made and personalised with names, but this decision means that the increases in printing costs are now making it almost impossible to continue producing my planners here in Aus. Printing overseas means I lose the ability to personalise your planner & I don’t produce the quantities wanted by overseas companies so need to try to increase sales to make printing overseas worth it. This is difficult to do competing with the larger companies who have a huge following & teacher subscription sites now offering Teacher Planners.

Therefore I’m going to reassess to see if the business can be maintained & how I overcome some of these hurdles because I still believe we have a beautiful & functional planner that isn’t bulky & full of pages we don’t get time to use!

Thank you so much to my amazing loyal customers who have purchased every year 🙏🏼 Sorry to inconvenience you.

Our pastel colour tone was a hit this year, so we’ve kept the same beautiful colours for 2023. Check out the gorgeous 2023 planner 😍

Can’t wait to show you our gorgeous new design & what the finished planners look like.

Creating planners is not exempt from all the price increases we’re seeing this year so unfortunately we will not be offering a hard cover option for 2023. Fingers crossed we can bring them back in 2024!

NAIDOC week 2022! This years theme was Get up! Stand up! Show up! Our Year 2 class discussed that this meant, and whether we are Indigenous or non-Indigenous now is the time for everyone to come together and ‘Stand Up’ for the rights and equity of First Nations Australians. We were discussing & learning about how Eddie Mabo stood up, and in order for the students to understand the significance of this we read ‘Somebody’s Land’ which is one of my absolute favourite stories. If you have not read this book do yourself a favour & do so because it is beautifully written & illustrated & is the perfect way to share some of our First Nations' history with young children, to acknowledge that our country was never terra nullius, and to understand what 'welcome to our country' really means. Along with many other discussions, art & activities we were lucky to have The Biren Dance Troop share their culture & perform some traditional dances, songs and music.

Our final cover for 2023 is our simple, black & white MANDALA 🖤

Our cute RAINFOREST animals are cover number 3 for 2023 🐵🐼💚

Cover 2 for 2023 is TROPICAL 🌴

Our gorgeous palm cover from this year was so popular we decided to give it a fresh new look for 2023!

Our first cover for 2023 is ADVENTURE by the amazing

The artist behind this design is Sheri Skele, a proud Bidjara woman and a contemporary Aboriginal artist.

“Living in Nhulunbuy was such an adventure. We would jump in the ute and head to one of the many waterholes nearby. Along the way we would pass lots of families in the bush often stopping to offer them some freshly caught fish if we had any. The country was so beautiful, full of colour, trees as far as the eye could see, and flies....yep there were a lot of flies.”

Finalising our 2023 Planner design, can’t wait to share soon 🥳
