**Booking & Safety Notice**

For the safety and protection of both clients and service providers, all new bookings with Enlightened Buzz Babysitting and Nannies must be confirmed in writing before services begin.

Please provide:

- your full name and reliable phone number
- the exact service address
- the service required and duties involved
- preferred days, hours and start date
- the agreed rate and payment arrangements

For babysitting /Nanny enquiries, please also provide the child’s age, care requirements and relevant household details. A video call may be arranged before an in-person meeting.

Please note:

- We do not purchase gift cards, supplies or equipment upfront for clients.
- Clients must provide any items required for the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We do not charge upfront fees to secure employment or bookings.
- Any changes to the booking must be verified before attendance.
- We reserve the right to decline enquiries where details cannot be verified.
