How is your posture right now? .... And how do you feel?
Most of us spend our days with shoulders rounded, chest collapsed, head forward, and tailbone tucked under. It's become the normal posture of modern life.
But what if this posture is doing more than affecting your body?

When you consciously choose expansion instead of contraction, you're using your body as an instrument of consciousness.
