What can I tell you about me?? I've been happily married for over 23years and am mum to three amazing children. My life is FULL ON, FLAT OUT and I have finally learnt to have FUN!!! I have an international health and wellness business that is transforming people's lives in ways that I could never imagine :-) What a privlege to be able to help others to discover what is possible for themselves and their families. I have learnt a lot in the last few years on my journey to better health. Number 1 was to let go of perfectionism (which can sometimes be a daily lesson!!) In fact - that is what stopped me starting this FB page! Classic really :-) I never set this up as I could never decide on the "right" name for it! Then an amazing friend told me something so simple - just be YOU! So here I am - "Carol Sullivan"! So - no doubt this page setup wont be perfect but so what, if I don't begin somewhere it will never happen! Now of course I am agonising over the "perfect" cover photo!! :-)

Totally enjoying family time these holidays - WASGIJ puzzle done! Movie marathon done! Cookies baked! Pizzas made from scratch! Lots of fun in the pool and we think we'll hit the beach tomorrow (kids still addicted to technology in between time but that's ok 😱😜)
