Southport Special School recently hosted its annual Post-School Pathways Expo, welcoming 25 disability service providers from across the Gold Coast region. The event brought together a diverse range of organisations offering post-school supports, employment services, training opportunities, recreational programs, and community participation options for young people with disability.
Students and families from Years 10โ12 were invited to attend, providing a valuable opportunity to explore future pathways, engage directly with service providers, and begin building meaningful connections to support successful transitions beyond school.
We extend our sincere thanks to our students, families, and community partners for their enthusiastic participation and support. Their commitment to working collaboratively helps ensure our young people are well prepared to achieve positive and fulfilling post-school outcomes.
