Today we celebrated the wonderful people who hold such a special place in our children’s lives from grandparents and parents to aunties, uncles, and close family friends.

Our centre was filled with laughter, love, and connection as children proudly shared this special time with their loved ones through activities, crafts, and beautiful moments together.

A big thank you to all our amazing families and special guests for joining us and making today so memorable. It was such a heartwarming celebration of the love and support that surrounds each of our little learners

Our educators and children came together to embrace the spirit of Diwali, celebrating the beauty of light, colour, and culture throughout our centre. Educators proudly dressed in outfits from their own cultures, sharing traditions and stories that highlighted the diversity within our community.

This special festival reminds us of the power of light over darkness and the importance of kindness, unity, and togetherness. We’re so proud of how our educators collaborated to create meaningful experiences that supported children in learning about cultural celebrations from around the world.

This week we hosted our Family Craftanoon, and it was an incredible afternoon of creativity, laughter and connection.
It was wonderful to see our families engaging with their children, exploring different materials and creating beautiful artworks to take home.

Meet Miss Feb – Our Early Childhood Teacher!

We’re excited to introduce Miss Feb, our passionate Early Childhood Teacher who leads the learning in our Kindergarten room.

Miss Feb brings warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of early years education as she thoughtfully embeds the Kindergarten program into each child’s day. Her approach is play-based, purposeful, and guided by each child’s interests — ensuring they’re supported socially, emotionally, and academically as they prepare for the big step into school.

We’re so lucky to have Miss Feb as part of our team, inspiring young minds every day!

Sensory Play Inspired by Our Love for Animals!

Our little animal lovers have been showing a strong interest in all creatures big and small — so we created a sensory experience to bring their curiosity to life!

Using natural materials, animal figurines, textured trays, and themed scents, children explored habitats, sounds, and movements through hands-on play. They dug through “mud” for worms, built mini animal homes, and even made footprints in playdough!

This type of sensory play nurtures imagination, empathy, and early science understanding — all while celebrating our shared love for animals.

Today our curious learners had an exciting real-world adventure as they visited Woolworths at Pimpama Junction!

Children explored the fresh produce section, asked thoughtful questions about where our food comes from, and even helped choose some healthy ingredients to bring back to the centre.

These kinds of excursions are a fantastic way to extend learning beyond the classroom, encouraging independence, communication, and an understanding of community roles. A big thank you to Woolworths for welcoming us so warmly!

📚✨ Final Day of Book Week! ✨📚
We’ve had such a magical week filled with storytelling, dress-ups, and a love for all things books! Today, we wrapped up Book Week with a range of planned experiences inspired by our favourite stories – from sensory trays and dramatic play to story-inspired art and group reading adventures.

It’s been wonderful to see the children so engaged and excited, bringing their favourite characters to life through play and learning. Thank you to all our families for making this week so special!
