In our 20s, we often exercise to change how we look.
By our 30s, we’re juggling careers, families, pregnancies, babies and the mental load that comes with it all.
In our 40s and 50s, hormones begin to shift. Recovery changes. Energy changes. Priorities change.
And beyond that?
The focus often becomes staying strong, capable, independent and healthy for the decades ahead.
The female body was never designed to stay exactly the same forever.
And that’s okay.
Every season asks something different of us.
Which is why I’ve become so passionate about strength training for women.
Not because it promises to turn back the clock.
But because it helps support us through every stage of life.
Strength supports muscle.
Strength supports bone density.
Strength supports confidence.
Strength supports the ability to keep doing the things we love.
The goal isn’t to stay 25 forever.
The goal is to feel strong in the body you have today 🤍
And the beautiful thing?
It’s never too late to start building strength.

Somewhere along the way, women were taught that getting older means slowing down.
But what if we’ve got it backwards?
As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass.
Bone density declines.
Balance changes.
Recovery can take a little longer.
Which is exactly why strength training becomes MORE important, not less.
Not to look younger.
Not to chase your 20-year-old body.
But to support the body you’re living in now.
To stay capable.
To stay independent.
To keep doing the things you love.
Strength training isn’t about turning back the clock.
It’s about supporting yourself through every decade that comes next 🤍
And the best part?
It’s never too late to start.

One of my favourite things about coaching women is watching them discover what they’re capable of.
Not overnight.
Not through a six-week transformation.
But through consistently showing up for themselves.
A little stronger.
A little more confident.
A little more capable.
Week after week.
I see women lift weights they never thought they’d lift.
Master exercises they once avoided.
Move with more confidence.
Trust their body again.
And it all starts the same way.
One session.
One decision.
One step through the door.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is to keep building.
Because strength has a funny way of spilling into the rest of life too 🤍
And honestly, the 6am crew are building something pretty special right now.
A couple of spots are currently available if you’ve been thinking about starting.
We’ll meet you exactly where you’re at 💪

One of the biggest nutrition shifts I’ve seen over the years is women learning to stop fearing food.
Because the truth is…
You can’t build a strong body without fueling it.
Muscle needs protein.
Training needs energy.
Recovery needs nutrients.
And health isn’t built on eating as little as possible.
It’s built on consistently giving your body what it needs.
This homemade Caesar salad ticks a lot of boxes:
🥬 fresh ingredients
🍗 protein
🥚 healthy fats
🌈 flavour
😋 satisfaction
No calorie counting.
No guilt.
Just real food that supports an active life.
The goal isn’t to eat perfectly.
The goal is to eat in a way that helps you feel strong, energised and supported.
Because a strong body isn’t created by eating less.
It’s created by fueling it well 🤍

Simple things.
Done well.
Fresh eggs from the chooks.
Homemade sourdough.
Basil from the balcony garden.
A slow Saturday breakfast and a hot coffee.
Honestly, the older I get, the more I appreciate the simple things.
Not everything has to be complicated.
Not food.
Not health.
Not life.
Sometimes it’s the little rituals that fill your cup back up.
A quiet morning.
A homemade loaf.
A walk in the sunshine.
Time with family.
A chance to slow down before another busy week begins.
Wishing you a beautiful Saturday friends 🤍
What simple thing are you enjoying this weekend?

Our bodies were never designed to stay the same forever.
Pregnancy changes us.
Motherhood changes us.
Perimenopause changes us.
Menopause changes us.
Aging changes us.
And that’s not a problem to fix.
It’s simply part of being human.
What matters is having a body that can support us through those changes.
That’s one of the reasons I love strength training so much.
Not because it stops aging.
But because it helps women move through every season of life feeling stronger, more capable and more supported.
Strength won’t stop life changing.
But it can help you meet those changes with confidence 🤍

Just a little shout out to Carly 💪
20kg dumbbells in each hand for chest press this week.
Absolute powerhouse.
But what I love most isn’t the weight.
It’s what it represents.
Strength.
Confidence.
Capability.
A reminder that women are capable of far more than they’re often led to believe.
Strong women aren’t rare.
They’re everywhere.
Sometimes they just need the opportunity, support and environment to discover it.
And that’s one of my favourite things about coaching women.
Watching them surprise themselves.
Watching them realise they’re stronger than they thought.
Watching confidence grow alongside strength.
Not because everyone needs to lift 20kg dumbbells.
But because every woman deserves the chance to discover what she’s capable of.
And honestly… it’s pretty cool to watch 🤍
A couple of 6am spots are currently available if you’ve been thinking about joining us.
No matter where you’re starting, we’ll meet you there ✨
