Training for the Queensland state karate championships. Well done to Herbert and Yasmin for entering. Both students have really improved have been the State Champs for the last 4 years in their division, regards Sir.

Dear students and parents, on Thursday 20/8/26 there will be no striking class in Runaway Bay. Due to the fact I need to be attended Big band concert for Yasmin.
Wednesday and Saturday classes are as normal. Regards Sir.
