We have been out in the picturesque countryside of Rosebrook, NSW, signing up another 1st Year Tiling Apprentice.
This employer has now successfully enrolled four other tiling apprentices with Gimbal and continues to receive outstanding feedback from his apprentices regarding the quality of training and support we provide. We're proud to be helping develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople and supporting businesses across regional New South Wales.

You've put in the years on site, worked across countless projects, and built the skills that make a quality painter and decorator.

If you’ve spent years working in engineering fabrication, painting, or tiling, you already have valuable industry skills and hands-on experience. But without a formal qualification, many workers can miss out on better job opportunities, higher earning potential, and career progression.
That’s where the Trade Pathways for Experienced Workers (TPEW) program comes in.
Funded by the NSW Government, the TPEW program helps experienced workers turn their existing skills and knowledge into a nationally recognised trade qualification — without needing to start from scratch.
