A few weeks back, Dr J, Mantra and I spent a Thursday lunch time on a quantum journey and I really want to offer this to our community because it was deeply relaxing, restorative, grounding and uplifting.

Blending conscious breathing, binaural beats, neuroscience, hypnosis-style techniques, and guided meditation, 9D is facilitated through surround sound technology using wireless headphones.
