So I'm not a Coke drinker at all or by any means and in fact am not a fan but I do definitely think Coke should've gone this way marketing/product wise rather than creating the new zero way back when.
But that's just my thought?

This was an improv cooking lesson by me. I know it wasn't one of my scheduled classes because I was such a stickler for uninforms.
Quite often I would strolling in to check on the guests and just start teaching.... It's just what I did. I loved it it was me and I think that is something that everyone appreciated how I just oozed this life and lifestyle!!!

This is 100% correct! Because without doing this you won't lose the weight or more so keep it off!

My debut onto the body building stage was a huge success. I had an absolute blast and was able to crush some of the final demons that lurked within my head and heart.

I did fit in up there; I was worthy and I did bring an A game not to dissimilar to all or any of the other boys I lined up with.
What an amazing achievement and beautiful way to celebrate my 10 year anniversary of losing weight and winning the biggest loser.
