Please provide:

- your full name and reliable phone number
- the exact service address
- the service required and duties involved
- preferred days, hours and start date
- the agreed rate and payment arrangements

For childcare enquiries, please also provide the child’s age, care requirements and relevant household details. A video call may be arranged before an in-person meeting.

- We do not purchase gift cards, supplies or equipment upfront for clients.
- Clients must provide any items required for the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We do not charge upfront fees to secure employment or bookings.

SPOT REMOVER HACK: Red wine on the carpet? Don't panic!

Here's the trick that works EVERY time:
1. Blot (don't rub!) with a clean cloth
2. Mix 1 part white vinegar + 2 parts water
3. Spray and let sit for 5 mins
4. Blot again until the stain lifts
