Most artists think clients decide in the DMs.
They don’t
By the time someone messages you, they’ve usually already made a decision.
Either...
“I trust her.”
or
“I still need more convincing.”
And that’s why some artists keep hearing
“How much?”
“I’ll let you know...”
..while others get followed, messaged, and booked almost instantly
Not because they’re better but because their page made people feel safe spending
A strong brand doesn’t just look pretty, It removes hesitation
If you’re tired of feeling like people love your work... but still don’t commit...

Most lash artists never calculate this and it drives me nuts
Underpricing $30 per appointment with 4 clients per day… That’s $120 lost per day.
$600 per week.
Over $31,000 per year. !
I see this constantly in the industry, because their positioning doesn’t support higher pricing so they feel like they can’t charge more
After 13 years working as a lash artist, one thing is clear:👇🏼
Skill alone doesn’t determine income.
Positioning does.
- How your brand looks
- How you communicate
- How your expertise is perceived
Because premium clients don’t just pay for lashes.
They pay for certainty & certainty is designed
This is the work we do inside On Brand
Let me know if you’re ready to actually start making money in this industry without working 40+hrs to get there

10K months aren’t created by talent alone.
They’re created by artists who decide to operate differently
Different standards.
Different positioning.
Different expectations.
If your income feels inconsistent, look at your authority
If your income feels low but hrs are high, look at your positioning
Premium clients don’t pay for effort, they pay for certainty
My group program On Brand is for artists ready to build that level properly
DM “ON BRAND” when you’re ready
Classics aren’t the issue… They’re just honest
They show you exactly where your skill, patience and discipline sit, and if you avoid what’s hard, you’ll avoid what grows you
Premium positioning is built on mastery
Not convenience

When I mastered classic lashes in one hour, I wasn’t celebrated., i was questioned. Side-eyed. Talked about
Because it wasn’t what everyone else was doing and didn’t seem ‘possible’
At the time, the industry was obsessed with volume (and taking hrs to do them) so I went the other way
And instead of copying trends, I listened to my clients 🙇🏻♀️
They wanted shorter appointments & more wearable lashes- So I built that
My clients LOVED it. and I was VERY well known for it
That’s the difference
The moment you stop trying to be liked by the industry, you’ll start building something the market actually wants
You don’t need industry approval, You need client demand & that doesn’t come from offering the same thing as everyone else

Brand clarity.
Content discipline.
Strategic messaging.
Most artists think they need better content..
They don’t
They need better positioning
Inconsistent visuals.
Random tone.
Reactive posting.
And then you wonder why clients hesitate
Premium clients decide in seconds.
Not based on your talent alone but on how certain your brand feels
You can be skilled.
You can be experienced.
You can even be busy.
But if your page feels unsure, you’ll keep attracting mid-level outcomes
Booked artists aren’t louder. They’re clearer. 👏🏻
This is the line most of the industry refuses to look at
If your page feels “fine” but not powerful, that’s not random, It’s structural
And structure is what we build inside my world
Comment BRAND if you’re ready to operate differently
I’m going to say what most people in the lash industry won’t…
This is EXACTLY why our industry keeps getting undervalued
Because we keep glorifying revenue screenshots
instead of teaching artists what they actually take home or better yet- teaching them a standard
$820 in 9 hours sounds impressive…
Until you remove:
GST
Products
Fees
Tax
Super
Actual unpaid work time
And suddenly a lot of artists charging “$90/hr” are sitting dangerously close to minimum wage and don’t even know it (and ppl are promoting it as a flex)!?
The bigger issue?
Too many educators are still pumping out lash courses…
…but not teaching artists how to run a profitable business (or even running one themselves)
So new artists come in excited…
work themselves into the ground…
and wonder why the money doesn’t match the effort
We don’t need more artists.
We need more properly paid artists and a higher standard for the career
Not everyone selling lash courses
should be teaching
Because when the maths is missing,
the industry pays for it
If this made you pause good.

The lash industry doesn’t have a talent problem.
It has a standards problem.
Too many artists entered for quick money.
Not mastery.
Not authority.
Not long-term profit.
So what happened?
Cheap pricing became normal.
Chaotic branding became acceptable.
Being “busy” became the goal.
Busy is not profitable.
Underpricing is rarely a skill issue.
It’s a positioning issue.
When your presentation lacks certainty,
your pricing will too.
Premium clients don’t book based on sympathy.
They book based on authority.
Authority is built. Not claimed.
If you’re done blending in and ready to raise the standard…
Comment STANDARD.
Serious artists only. 💎

Stop blaming your prices. Start fixing your positioning
When someone finds your page, they decide in seconds whether you feel established, safe and worth the money.
If that decision isn’t obvious? They keep scrolling.
If it is? They book. No essay in the DMs. No “just checking availability.” No hesitation.
This is the difference between being compared… and being chosen.
If your bookings feel inconsistent right now, it’s rarely your pricing.
It’s your positioning.
And until that’s clear, you’ll keep attracting clients who need convincing.
If you’re ready for clients who book without overthinking and don’t flinch at your prices comment “READY” below to have a chat about getting you there
It’s painful watching so many talented artists sleeping on this…
You don’t need more clients.
You need better positioning.
Most artists think making more money means working more hours or taking more bookings, but that’s not the move
The move is elevating how you’re perceived.
When your visuals, your standards, your messaging and your overall brand feel aligned and high level, you naturally start attracting a different type of client.
And those clients are willing to pay more without needing to be convinced.
When you get this right, you don’t need to work six days a week. You don’t need to discount to fill gaps.
When you’re ready to stop blending in and start positioning yourself properly, that’s when you work with me
