Just to make a better sentence structure in a relatively easy way, I found via Grammarly the Diagramming Sentence Structure blog and explain it in a simplified way so you can use that in Summarise Written Text and Essay Writing. Even in Speaking Re-tell lecture and Describe Image, you can make this structure in your own head before as quickly as possible before you speak.
