Today is the first day of Mental health Week 2021 and this years theme is ‘Take time for Mental Health’
Being in quarantine has been very challenging and some of the things I have been doing to take time for my mental health include:
* Colouring in
* Listening to music
* Exercising on an exercise bike
* Diamond dot painting
* Watching the sunsets
* Feeding the lorikeets

This Saturday marks the beginning of Mental Health Week 2021 and whilst I may be in quarantine on the Gold Coast after finally returning from Victoria, I will be posting every day and I will be attempting to do live videos (if I can work out how to do it 😁)
I look forward to sharing some exciting news with you all on Saturday and whilst I may not be able to be active in the community this year, I am still here if anyone needs to have a chat, vent, ask questions if anyone needs me, please feel free to message me.
