Ready to start your Horse Care and Management qualification journey?
Pegasus Equine Training is pleased to announce that 11 Animal Care and Management courses have been added to the scope of our training Partner - Halo Nation Training Pty Ltd (RTO 32485).
This includes ACM20221 - Certificate II in Horse Care that we will be delivering online, as a pilot programme, to a limited number of trainees, from September this year (2022). The full course will operate from January 2023.
Limited places are available in the pilot programme for $795 (usually $1995). Please contact Pegasus to reserve your place.

Well, it's been a hectic few weeks.
The pilot programme for the new ACM20221 - Cert II in Horse Care is shaping up very well. We have a lot of expressions of interest, and need to start to confirm numbers before the course kicks off later this month (July).

Just a few quick FAQ's:
Pegasus Equine Training operates under a Partnership Agreement with Halo Nation Training Pty Ltd (RTO 32485) which is a registered training organisation.
The pilot programme for this course will run over approx 12 months (faster if you can), and includes a mix of online theory work and practical work which will be completed using a logbook. The logbook will require you to undertake a range of activities including building fences, loading and unloading horses from a float, basic care and maintenance, feeding, grooming, lunging, and site washdown and disinfectant control in the event of a contagious disease.

WELCOME to Pegasus Equine Training, the first truly new Equine training school in the Australia.
Proudly located on the Gold Coast in beautiful sunny Queensland, Pegasus Equine Training is proud to launch pilot training course -
ACM 20221, Certificate II in Horse Care.
Initial application are being accepted for Online delivery in semester 2 from anywhere in Australia. We are looking for 6 students to test the new program, and, in exchange for your help, you can complete this course for only $995. (N.B. at this stage VetiS and other funding is not available for this course in australia at this time).
In order to complete the online version of this course, you will need to have access to three calm, quiet and consistent horses, and to complete a logbook of basic horse care activities in your own time, over the duration of this course. For students who are local to the Gold Coast, the practical elements can be completed at Pegaus Equine Centre. An additional fee applies to this option.
