WOW, WOW, WOW! 🎸🌟❤️

What a phenomenal way to close the curtains, turn down the music and switch off the stage lights on my final Resilient Rockstar Shows.

Today, more than 900 students across Prep–3 and Years 4–6 at Golden Beach State School rocked, laughed, danced and learned with me one last time. 🥹❤️

And as I stood on that stage looking out at hundreds of beautiful young faces, I couldn’t help but think about the thousands of children who have sat in front of me over the past 15 years.

Children I may never see again.

Children whose names I may never know.

But perhaps somewhere, sometime, one of them will remember a P.E.A.C.E tool when they need it most.

Perhaps they’ll remember that they have a voice.

That they can walk away.

That asking for help is courageous.

That their emotions matter.

That they are stronger and more resilient than they realise.

That was always the purpose. ❤️

What began from some of the most painful experiences of my own childhood became something colourful, noisy, joyful and full of hope.

Balloon guitars. 🎈🎸
Music. Dancing. Laughter.
P.E.A.C.E armour.
And thousands upon thousands of little Resilient Rockstars. 🌟

Today wasn’t just the end of a show.

It was the completion of a chapter of my life that I will forever be incredibly proud and grateful for.

To every school that opened its doors to me, every teacher who believed in the message, every parent who shared a story with me, and most importantly, every child who ever rocked it out with me…

Thank you with all my heart. ❤️

The curtains may have closed on the Resilient Rockstar Show…

but I hope the message continues long after the music has stopped.

And now?

A new chapter.
A new adventure.
A new stage of life awaits. 🚐✨

I don’t know exactly where it will lead…

but somehow, the universe has always had a beautiful way of showing me where I need to go next.

🎸 ONE LAST SHOW… AFTER 15 YEARS OF RESILIENT ROCKSTAR ❤️

Tomorrow, I will walk onto a primary school stage on the Sunshine Coast and present two Resilient Rockstar Shows.

But tomorrow will be different.

Because after 15 years of empowering children with my unique P.E.A.C.E. Tools to Stand Up To Bullying, tomorrow I will blow up my last balloon guitar, turn up the music and rock out on stage as The Resilient Rockstar for the final time. 🎸⭐️

And even writing those words feels incredibly emotional.

What began with the pain of my own childhood became something I could never have imagined.

I took the experiences that once made me feel powerless and turned them into tools designed to help children discover their own power.

Protect Yourself.
Escape the Situation.
Armour Yourself.
Create Community.
Express Your Emotions.

Over the years, thousands of children have laughed, danced, sung, jumped, learned and rocked alongside me.

But behind all the music, balloons and fun was always one very serious message:

Believe in yourself.
Know your worth.
And never underestimate the resilience that already lives inside you.

Over those 15 years, I have been privileged to hear profound stories from children, parents and teachers about the difference the show made.

Stories of children finding the courage to stand up for themselves.

Children finally talking about what they were experiencing.

Children discovering that asking for help is a strength.

Children beginning to believe that perhaps they were stronger than they realised.

Those stories have always meant more to me than any stage, applause or spotlight ever could.

Because my purpose was never simply to tell children that resilience was possible.

I wanted to show them.

I wanted them to look at the woman standing on that stage, knowing some of the adversity she had survived, and understand:

If she can overcome her story, maybe I can overcome mine too.

Tomorrow, when the final music fades, the last balloon guitar has been played and the speakers are packed back into Van Halen for the final time, I know I will take a moment to look back at that stage.

And I will simply say…

Thank you. 🙏❤️

Thank you to my own beautiful children, who have supported me and believed in my purpose throughout this incredible journey.

Thank you to every child who laughed, danced, sang, participated and rocked it out with me.

Thank you to every parent who took the time to come into their child’s school and experience the show.

Thank you to every teacher and principal who hugged me afterwards, shared stories with me, thanked me and encouraged me to keep reaching more children.

And thank you to every school that trusted me with their students.

Most of all, thank you to the Universe for somehow taking the darkest parts of my childhood and showing me that something meaningful could grow from them.

For 15 years, I have had the privilege of turning trauma into triumph, pain into purpose and adversity into hope.

Tomorrow the lights may go down on The Resilient Rockstar Show…

…but the messages will live on in every child who remembers that they have the power to stand tall, believe in themselves and find their own resilience.

And perhaps that was always the greatest performance of all. ⭐️

My heart is FULL this morning 💛🌈📚

Off to beautiful Tamborine Mountain today to read my children’s books Puppy Rescue and Tiger to some precious little souls at daycare.

There is something so magical about sitting cross-legged on the floor with young children… watching their eyes light up, hearing their giggles, seeing them quietly lean in when the story touches their heart.

Every time I walk into a centre with my rainbow socks on and my books in hand, I’m reminded why I wrote them in the first place.

Puppy Rescue isn’t just about a dog.
Tiger isn’t just about courage.

They’re about children who might feel unsure, unseen or a little bit different — and helping them realise they are braver, kinder and stronger than they know.

To be invited into these spaces… to plant seeds of resilience, empathy and self-belief so early in life… is something I will never take for granted.

Tamborine Mountain, I’m coming with colour, stories and a whole lot of heart 💛🌈
