📅Program Structure
The Day HUB Program for Support is delivered over a 12-week period. All participants receive a Bryght Inclusions service agreement, which outlines the Schedule of Supports, terms, conditions, and other relevant details in accordance with NDIA requirements.
🔑 SUPPORT AND ACCESSIBILITY
With our Day HUB, participants have the option to bring their own support workers, though it’s not necessary, as our dedicated team provides all required assistance.
🧾FUNDING OPTIONS
Participants may use Core funding from their Social, Economic and Community Participation (04104_0125_6_1) budget, or Capacity Building Funding for Skill Development and Training (09_009_0117_6_3). Both funding avenues support involvement in the Day Hub Program. Your plan will be invoiced at $420 per day (incl. NF2F and Centre Costs) for 7 hours support. No Out-of-Pocket expenses.
