I work with property investors with large portfolios and am fortunate to have a property investment portfolio of my own. Selecting the right property managers for myself or my clients is a big part of what makes property investing successful. I look for agents that have excellent communication and transparency and deliver on their promises. Not only for the landlord but also for the tenant. Because a happy tenant and good tenant experience is paramount to longevity of tenant and low turn over; the key to a successful and growing portfolio. Its importsnt to use a local agency so it's hard to make a blanket recommendation as the location of your property will define the best agent. Pleas DM me if youd like to know i know a good agent in your area. I do feel its important to flag the kind of real estate agencies I'd recommend avoiding. It's rare I find one that requires a *buyer beware*; however I have called for over a week, up to twice a day, being promised a call as soon a *name* gets back in the office or 'someone will definitely call you by the end d of the day' however no one calls back. 8 calls over 5 days and I am still not reciebibg service. This the behaviour of an agency for Landlords to avoid. The service they give you is the service you will come to expect. I would not recommend Ridgewater Sales and Lettings Torbay.
Best wishes for property success,
