Sometimes the biggest change in your life doesn’t start with a huge action.

It starts with a decision.

A decision to stop settling.
A decision to think differently.
A decision to back yourself.
A decision to learn, grow and become the person capable of creating something different.

Because nothing changes when we keep doing the same things, thinking the same way and waiting for the “right time.”

The right time rarely arrives.

You create it by deciding.

One decision can change your direction.
One decision can introduce you to new people.
One decision can open a door you never knew existed.

And sometimes, the most powerful decision you can make is simply:

Nothing beats being in the room at our Live Events . Energy high and contagious. Laughs and hugs being spread around 🤗

Power of decision was one of my biggest take aways. Nothing Changes until you make the decision to Change!

REINVENTING YOURSELF 💞🌱

Growth is the heart of re-invention and we won’t fulfill our fullest potential without it. Is it time to re-invent yourself? Make a bucket list, try something you’ve always put off, join or start a new initiative, recognize resistance or explore a career change.
This requires building resilience to get through the tough times. Important to engage in self-care to maintain a positive outlook and keep your mind and body healthy. A great indication that you are on the right track and that your goals and dreams are worth pursuing than to encounter resistance.

To push through resistance, you need to challenge your fears and doubts, focus on your ambitions and do the work. Find new ways of thinking or doing things which will help you to reach your full potential. Start a sport , join a running club, take the children hiking or start a hobby. Fears and self-doubt may arise when you encounter difficulties and setbacks. Sometimes, they may also come when you’re taking risks. Tap into your courage and try doing at least one new thing each week to develop it.

Once you start to respect yourself and put yourself first you attract that into your life in all aspects. If you really want something, you will strive towards achieving it until you succeed. You drive and passion becomes an addiction that nothing can stop you. One day you will wake up and just be ready. You have to want it so bad that you don’t let anyone get into your head as it will just prolong the process.

It’s a matter of finally waking up to the fact that the same old habits aren’t working for you anymore and things have to change before something gives. You will find it’s a mixture of things that are the secret sauce to re-invention. Self-respect, trusting own gut feelings, positive mindset, reprogramming, changing where you go and who you hang around, how to present yourself, set boundaries, putting yourself first.

You will start to build new identities and be true to your authentic self as you move through this process — that is the essence of reinvention. Acknowledge where you are now, compared to where you want to go. This is the starting point for your transformation.
Resources that helped me along the way was listening to Personal Development podcasts and manifesting and visualising. The business isn’t all about the money it’s about enjoying the journey of transformation, personal growth, the ultimate reward from helping and seeing others go through the same journey.

Once you accomplished your re-invention you know how well you have gone by the comments you receive from family, friends and even strangers. You will find people looking at you but it’s in a good way. They can feel your high vibration, glowing aura and contagious energy. It’s also really rewarding to hear how people say you look so happy and how I have achieved so much.
