Stress Management Tip #4
Get sufficient sleep π΄
Whether you need 7 or 9 hours, itβs important to get sufficient sleep π΄
If you have to wake up earlier; go to bed earlier.
If you are affected by caffeine, avoid it during the afternoon.
Keep a notebook π by your bed π so you can get all your thoughts out of your head instead of lying awake for hours thinking about them.

Time Management Tip #3
If you are feeling overwhelmed and wondering how youβre going to fit everything into your week, then I recommend the following tips:
1. Do a big brain dump on Sundays to plan your week ahead.
2. Write a to do list for the next day before you go to bed
3. Keep a notebook next to your bed in case you think of anything else and can write it down
4. Separate your to do lists into different categories/roles/ hats you wear and focus on that one smaller list at a time
Getting things out of our head and onto paperwork will help you to:
βοΈ reduce overwhelm
βοΈ prioritise effectively
βοΈ boost productivity
βοΈ build resilience
βοΈ develop healthy habits
