Hey everyone! 👋 I'm hitting the pause button to recharge and refocus. This break is essential for me to come back even stronger and continue providing you with the best service possible.

Sound Baths will return on Wednesday 6th November 2024, ready to serve you with fresh ideas and renewed energy!

If you too feel the need to stop, reassess, and recharge I strongly urge you to take action. This year has been fully charged with energies that are bringing to the surface all that no longer serves you. This can be anything from your job/career, habits/routines, people you hang out with, and close relationships. Take note of how situations make you feel and what your intuition has been on repeat about??? Anything that is leaving you feeling drained is taking away from your Soul and is not for your highest good.
