Missed me? I sure did miss you all. Been a while since my last post, I know. It was a much needed time to reflect & bring new significance for this social media platform. I needed a technology detox, needed some time, some space, some integration of all my inner transformations.
As the world we once new changed, so did I. So did we.
Getting lost in the illusion of what we call reality to find a new version of myself, once again. Renewed, transformed and ready for what’s to come.
As I contemplate this last full moon of 2022, I look back to all the real blessings of life.
Everyday we receive such abundance of life, such abundance from life.
Whenever you feeling empty, place one hand on your belly and one on your chest. Inhale deeply moving only your belly. Take 3 slow deep belly breaths. Let yourself be full once again. Full of life. Full of gratitude. Full of peace.
It’s all already inside you. You just need to adjust your frequency, your focus, your intention, your attention.
Life is a miracle. Your body is a miracle. Your brain is a miracle. Your mind is a miracle. Your consciousness is a miracle. Every second on this Earth is a perfect miracle of the Universe.
Don’t let the craziness of reality take away the miracle of life.
Find the true blessing of the simple things in life, find the magic that lives inside you.
