Starting childcare for the first time can feel like a big step, for children and families. At The Cottage, we focus on creating a calm, nurturing environment where little ones feel safe, secure, and truly at home.

We are a family-owned early learning centre, offering gentle routines, familiar faces, and meaningful relationships that help children settle with confidence.

🌿 Our 45-place centre is a small, cosy 3-room environment
🌿 Caring for children aged 15 months – 6 years
🌿 Qualified Early Childhood Teachers delivering an Approved Kindergarten Program
🌿 Our Tiny Toddies Room is capped at just 8 children per day, allowing for extra care and attention
🌿 Nutritious meals freshly prepared onsite daily by our qualified chef
🌿 Enrichment experiences including:
• Japanese language with Miss Miho
• Regular incursions and engaging learning experiences

We understand that those early days matter. Our team works closely with families to support smooth transitions, build trust, and ensure every child feels seen, known, and valued.

📣 Child Care Subsidy Update
From 5 January 2026, all CCS-eligible families can access at least 72 hours of subsidised child care per fortnight, regardless of work or study hours.

🌈Sitting here reminiscing on all the fun times…Our beautiful Jessie Bear is leaving The Cottage after 4 years of putting her heart and soul into our little home away from home for the children.
