You can help provide a healthy eating environment by:
🍓Making mealtimes relaxed and comfortable.
🍓Sitting and eating with the children.
🍓Talking in positive ways about the healthy foods the children are eating.
🍓Being a good role model with the foods you eat, and
teaching the children about healthy eating through discussions, questions, games and activities.

Happy Sunday 🤍

Look what we found at the park today! 🙈

When finding natural materials within the outdoors environment children become observant and enables to use all their senses.

Exploring the outdoors plays a big part of the children’s growth, social and emotional development, physical health and wellbeing.

Nature play promotes creativity and imagination as they make new discoveries.
