Most people don’t realise that being single later in life is a blessing.
For so many reasons but mainly because it’s the perfect opportunity to date consciously.
Dating becomes a way to collect data.
To understand what truly suits us.
To know ourselves better.
To understand the opposite s*x.
Dating in your 20 is messy.
We follow our heart and our lust.
We confuse connection with love.
And years later, when the spark fades,
many people find themselves in “average” relationships staying out of habit, out of fear of being alone,
or because it’s all they’ve ever known.
People often tell me I’m “lucky” to be single and free.
But it’s a choice.
And it comes from a deep desire not to settle for mediocrity.
I will wait.
I will wait as long as I need to.
Not from lack or pickiness, but from self-respect
and the deep knowing that my desires are on their way into my reality.
So what do we do when we desire a sacred connection
and no one shows up?
We rest in sacredness.
We treat ourselves like the king/queen that we are.
We allow ourselves to feel the love that already surrounds us.
Because we trust that what the Universe has in store for us is better than we can imagine.
And that the timing will be perfect because it always is.
Does that mean we don’t take action?
No.
We do.
But with lightness.
With detachment.
With joy.
No desperation.
No clinging.
No pushing.
No forcing.
Because it’s on its way.
Baking in the divine cosmos.
The void is the place of creation.
It’s beautiful, ecstatic, and better than you could have imagined.
It’s all happening for you ❤️🔥
And if you’re feeling restless in the waiting,
I’ve prepared a beautiful guide to help you rest in that space while staying open to love.
Comment “REST” and I’ll send it your way.
