Trust more in the squiggly... expect & embrace the unexpected.. ➷

Clench your fist real tight and see how long you want to do that for..how much energy does it take?... clench your fist even tighter right now for 3 minutes really tight and then let your palm open freely. Notice how different it feels to release the muscles, the tension, release control. Often we spend time clenched, trying to control our life and those around, we try to create a clear line, a straight path to success however;

It is the squiggly twists and turns in life that help us to learn, grow & lead us onto the journey of returning to our life's plan, our authentic self.. Isn't it exciting to expect the unexpected & know that this may be one of a myriad of life changing planned moments coming your way for an even greater reason than you may understand right now...
