Positive thinking works … it is the foundation for the scientifically recognized placebo effect. However, the vast majority of the public scoffs at the notion of positive thoughts; they have tried to specifically engage them, but their efforts were in vain. Regardless of the disbelief in positive thinking, one third of all medical healings are attributed to the placebo effect.

The big question: Why does positive thinking work for some people and not for others?

Gratitude- one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Every day, just stop and give thanks for 2 or 3 things.
For me, l am grateful for the wonderful weekend spent with friends and family on the beautiful Gold Coast. I am grateful for the new week starting today and all the opportunities that I know are coming my way. I am grateful for the great night sleep I had last night because it means I am fresh for this weeks actions toward my goal of setting up my own Therapeutic Creative Arts Practice next year.
