[SWIPE ACROSS 🔥] UNITED has begun.

And goshhh. We cannot even put into words what it feels like watching couples walk through those doors 🔥

Couples who have been living parallel lives under the same roof finally turning to face each other.

The conversations that have been avoided for years finally being had.

The distance that built up so quietly neither of them noticed until it was everywhere. Finally closing.

❌ Done with the silent treatment that stretches into days.
❌ Done with the resentment ledger neither of them officially opened but both of them know exists.
❌ Done with the passion that slowly got replaced by routine and roommate energy.
❌ Done saying they will focus on each other when life settles down. Spoiler. It never settles down.

This time... that changes.

And the ripple of what happens in that room this weekend goes so much further than two people.

It goes into the home. Into the kids. Into the generations after them who grow up watching two people who chose each other and meant it 💥

RESOLVE.

The men left yesterday. The conversations didn’t. Neither did the decisions.

And I think that’s probably the best way I can describe what happened over these three days.
Because there comes a point where knowing why you are the way you are stops being enough. You can understand your childhood.

Understand your patterns. Understand why you shut down, why you react, why you keep finding yourself back in the same places.

You can understand all of it…
And still do absolutely f**k all differently.

That’s the line we crossed this weekend.
From understanding…to ownership.
From ownership…to choice.

Every man arrived carrying a story about his life. Some of it true. Some of it inherited.
Some of it written from moments that happened decades ago and somehow still had a say in decisions being made today.

That’s the interesting thing about a story…
Repeat it long enough and eventually you stop hearing it as a story. It just becomes “this is who I am.”

And that’s where RESOLVE really began.

Not asking these men to forget where they’ve been. Though asking a much harder question:
How much longer are you willing to let it choose for you? Because maybe life was never the thing standing in your way.

Maybe, somewhere along the way, you became incredibly good at arguing for the reasons you couldn’t move.

These men saw that this weekend.

And once you see your own hand in something, you can’t really pretend you haven’t.
That’s ownership.

And ownership gives you something explanation never will. A choice.
The retreat finished yesterday.

RESOLVE didn’t.
For the next 12 months, these men stay in the RESOLVE container with me, continuing the mentorship, the conversations and integrating what happened here into the lives they went home to.

Because three days can show you a lot.
The next 362 show you what you’re going to do with it.
