To the man watching this thinking âthatâs not for meââŚ
Yeah, most of these men said the exact same thing, right up until they were sitting in the room.
Youâre not fine, youâre busy, and thereâs a difference. Busy being the provider, the fixer, the one who holds it all together for everyone elseâŚ
Though who holds it for you?
Nobody, coz youâve never let themâŚ
So you swallow it, the anger, the grief, the s**t from your childhood you swore youâd dealt with, and it leaks out anywayâŚat your partner, at your kids, at 2am when your head wonât switch off.
And f**k, weâve gotten good at calling that strengthâŚItâs not, itâs just a slower way of breaking.
Listen to these men, none of them are telling you it was easy, theyâre telling you it was the most honest thing theyâve ever done⌠and they went home different.
Their partners felt it, their kids felt it, they felt it.
So hereâs the question nobody else is going to ask youâŚHow much longer are you going to wait?
The man your family actually needs isnât coming later, you either start becoming him now or you donât.
