Glenrowan Primary School is proud to celebrate 150 years of education, community and history in 2026.

Join us as we mark this incredible milestone with two special events:

📅 Friday 6th November – School Open Day
📅 Saturday 7th November – Celebration Day

Whether you're a former student, staff member, family member or friend of our school, we'd love you to be part of this historic occasion.

💚 Grandparents Day!💚

On Friday we hosted our Grandparents Day! It was wonderful to see our classrooms full of grandparents and special people, with students proudly sharing their learning and school.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us. We are incredibly lucky to have such caring and supportive families, and days like today remind us just how special our school community is.

We hope all our mums and special people had the most wonderful day on Sunday!

Thank you to our fabulous Parents Club for organising the Mother’s Day breakfast on Friday as well as a huge thank you to Mrs Childs, Kirsty and all the students for making the delicious food.

It’s special events like these that make Glenrowan PS such a great community to be part of! 💐

End of Term 1 Wrap Up!

Our students had an absolute blast at the SRC’s Easter-themed tabloid sports—full of energy, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition.

A huge highlight was our annual Coin Line, where we came together to support the Royal Children’s Hospital. Thanks to everyone’s generosity (and all those pockets of loose change!), we raised an incredible $472.05!

The creativity was on full display at our Easter Hat Parade—so many imaginative and colourful creations made it a truly special event.

A big thank you to our amazing Parents Club for treating everyone to a free sausage sizzle lunch on the final day and organising a fun-filled Easter egg hunt—such a wonderful way to celebrate together!

We rounded off the term with our End of Term Awards and the much-anticipated Easter raffle draw. Congratulations to all our award recipients and lucky raffle winners!

Thank you to our wonderful school community for making it such a joyful and memorable end to the term.
