At Glenorie Preschool our school readiness program is all about learning through play, building the skills your child needs for school in a way that feels natural, fun and meaningful.
Every single day we encourage children to find their name and sign themselves in. What might seem like a simple routine is actually a meaningful learning opportunity, developing name recognition, early writing skills, fine motor strength and a sense of belonging.

What a beautiful morning at Glenorie Preschool for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea ☕💛
Our parents, children, and teachers came together to share delicious treats, laughter, and community spirit all for an important cause.
A huge thank you to for generously donating two wonderful sandwich platters. Your kindness and support helped make the morning extra special, and we are so grateful.
Together, we raised an amazing $675 for the Cancer Council 🎉

At Glenorie Preschool’s Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea, we celebrated the incredible women who fill our children’s lives with love, care, and support.
The children were so excited to share the special bath salts they made, enjoy delicious treats together, and sing a beautiful song for the amazing women in their lives.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Bendigo Bank Galston for their incredibly generous grant to Glenorie Preschool. 💚
Thanks to their support, we’ve been able to purchase new furniture and resources that will benefit our children every day. We are so grateful.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Mayor of Hornsby Shire Council, Councillor Warren Waddell, for taking the time to attend our preschool and meet with our committee. Your support of early childhood education and our local community means so much to us.
