LIL Out and About
On Wednesday 12 August, Rosetta Primary School's LIL group will travel to the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens for a morning of outdoor play and exploration!

We will travel to the Gardens by bus, leaving school at 9:00am sharp and returning to school at 11:00 am. Families are also welcome to meet us at the main entrance to the Gardens at 9:30am.

If you would like to join our adventure and travel on the bus to the Botanical Gardens, please add your name to our excursion list in the LIL classroom. Alternatively, you can RSVP through the school office on 6208 1200.

We hope you can join us for this fun and exciting excursion!

We're straight back into things this week and looking forward to an exciting term of learning.

Reminder for all Kinder 2027 intending families (children born in 2022): our enrolments are now open. Please contact our admin team for further information.

From teddy-themed snacks to creative craft, our little ones couldn't stop smiling as they shared their favourite toys.

Have an enjoyable Term 2 holiday break!

LIL resumes on Wednesday 29 July and Pre-kinder on Friday 31 July.

Our Pre-kinder families had a fantastic time at Hobart Gymnastics Academy last week.

There were plenty of opportunities to strengthen and develop new gross motor skills, with climbing, jumping balancing and swinging and lots of fun along the way.

A big thank you to the team at Hobart Gymnastics Academy for making us feel so welcome and providing such a fun and engaging experience.

Our final session for Term 2 is next Friday 10 July. Bring your teddy bear along for some fun and games at our Teddy Bear Picnic!

Our LIL group are meeting on Wednesday 24 June at the Glenorchy Child and Family Learning Centre . Our session will run from 9am to 11am. No bus will be provided. We will meet at the centre.

Pre-Kinder Out and About
There are still spots available for our pre-kinder excursion to the Hobart Gymnastics Academy next Friday 26 June.

Due to staffing at the Gymnastics Academy, this excursion is limited to 15 children. Unfortunately, younger siblings will not be able to attend. Parents are required to work closely with their child throughout the entire session.

If you haven't already confirmed your intention to attend, then please contact the school office on 6208 1200. Further information regarding this excursion can be found on our previous post.

On Friday 26 June, the Pre-Kinder group will participate in a KinderGym excursion at the Hobart Gymnastics Academy in Bridgewater.

We will meet at school at 9:00am and return by 11:00am. Transport will be provided by bus.

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for climbing and running. They must wear socks (without grip). Please ensure your child brings a drink bottle and a small snack.
