📸 EOI Event PHOTOGRAPHER
📅 4th - 6th April 2025
📍 Glenmorgan, QLD

We are seeking EOI's for an event photographer to cover our three-day event in April.

Requirements:
- Own camera and sports lens
- Arena action, presentations and candid shots required
- Able to cover 12 hour days (potentially longer) at a highly sought-after campdraft in the Western Downs area of Queensland.
- High attention to detail
We are happy to work with someone who has minimal event experience, but horse experience is preferred. 🐴

As part of the EOI's, please provide us with some examples of your work/photography experience.

Getting close to kick off now!!
A few reminders:

💥If you require power, our power is very limited so we suggest bringing a generator along

💥We have cleared a lot of area on the Eastern side of the arena, so please be sure to use it.

💥 Please be mindful of how much area you are using for horse yards

💥DO NOT park in the areas marked with red on the below map. We have this space allocated for some businesses who are setting up trade stalls.

💥 IF space gets tight, feel free to park over near the gun club area, marked in blue. However, there is no water over there so you may need a long hose or to cart it with a vehicle if you don’t have your own.

OUR JUDGES..

Thank you to our Judges for coming on board to Judge our competitors.
We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday!

Maiden will be commencing at 7am on Saturday. The canteen will be open for breakfast with all funds going towards the Glenmorgan P&C, hot coffee will be brewing over at the Fruitalicious van.
