On Wednesday, our Nangamay athletes proudly represented our school at the PSSA Penrith Zone Athletics Carnival. We were fortunate to enjoy a beautiful sunny day, with our students giving their very best and representing Nangamay with pride! ☀️🟠🔵

Due to the rain Forestwood gate will be for Foot Traffic only.

If you use the Kiss and Drop please make your way to the Main Gate on Deerubbin Ave.

Students have been notified that they will be picked up from this gate if travelling home in a car.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in the excitement of our Book Week celebrations! 📚🎶

Thank you to our families for supporting the students and helping them bring their favourite characters and stories to life through their amazing costumes. We also greatly appreciate everyone who donated to and supported our cake stall.

Your enthusiasm, creativity and generosity helped make the day a truly memorable Symphony of Stories! ✨

On Tuesday, our LSO students proudly represented Nangamay at the All-Inclusive Sports Bowling Competition at Zone Bowling Penrith. They demonstrated wonderful sportsmanship, learnt new skills and had plenty of fun! We are so proud of how they represented our school in the community and can’t wait for the next competition! 🎳

We had a fantastic morning on the oval for our K–2 Sports Carnival! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We are so proud of the way our students participated with enthusiasm, demonstrated great sportsmanship, and encouraged their peers throughout the morning. It was wonderful to see everyone having fun and giving their best.

A big thank you to all of our community members who attended to support our students and our fundraising initiatives.

What an outstanding effort from our Stage 3 students and our incredible school community!

Stage 3 has smashed our previous Cake Stall sales record, raising an amazing $1,400+ today!

Our Senior Girls State Knockout Team proudly embodied our school motto, Dream, Strive, Achieve, demonstrating determination, teamwork and resilience throughout this year's State Knockout Competition.

The team made school history by reaching Round 6 of the State Knockout Competition—the furthest any Nangamay Public School team has progressed. Despite a hard-fought match, the girls were defeated by a strong Mount Riverview team, who played exceptionally well.

The girls should be incredibly proud of their outstanding achievement and the way they represented Nangamay Public School with pride, sportsmanship and determination. Our entire school community is immensely proud of everything they accomplished. Well done to the team.

What an incredible day we had on Friday at our
2026 Nangamay Athletics Carnival! 🟠🔵

Held for the first time at Saunders Park, St Clair, we were treated to beautiful weather, fantastic attendance and outstanding participation from our students throughout the day. It was wonderful to see so many students giving every event their best effort, encouraging one another and proudly representing their house teams. ☀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A huge thank you to our parents, carers and families who came along to cheer on our students. Your support and encouragement helped create a fantastic atmosphere and made the day even more special. 👏

We would also like to thank all of our staff and volunteers for their hard work in making the carnival such a success. Events like these are only possible because of the time and effort so many people contribute behind the scenes. 🙌

Congratulations to all of our students for demonstrating excellent sportsmanship, teamwork and resilience throughout the day. We are so proud of the way you represented Nangamay! 🟠🔵
