🌱🥬 FROM OUR SHREK GARDEN TO THE CANTEEN! 💚

How exciting is this?! Our very own Shrek Garden lettuce has made its way into the school canteen! 🙌🌱

A huge shout out to Alison in the canteen for bringing our garden-grown produce straight onto the menu. There’s something pretty special about seeing the kids plant, nurture and grow their own food and then get to enjoy it as part of their school lunch! 🥗💚

We are SO proud of our little garden and the wonderful community spirit it represents. From tiny seeds to the canteen what an achievement! 🌱

A big thank you to everyone who helps make the Shrek Garden possible, and especially to Alison for helping turn our home grown produce into something the whole school community can enjoy.

🌟 A Huge Thank You from the P&C! 🌟

The P&C would like to congratulate and thank the school staff for hosting such a successful Education Open Day. It was wonderful to see so many families and members of our community visiting the school to experience the fantastic learning opportunities on offer. Thank you to our dedicated teachers and staff for all the planning and hard work that went into making the day such a success.

The P&C was proud to support the event by operating the canteen, and we couldn't have done it without our incredible volunteers. A special thank you to Alison, Sarah, Kristie, Sophie and Melissa for their amazing efforts in preparing 65 sandwich boxes and 49 grazing boxes to help keep everyone well fed throughout the day. Your time, energy and generosity are greatly appreciated.

Finally, thank you to everyone in our school community who stopped by the canteen and supported the P&C. Your support helps us continue to give back to our school and provide opportunities for our students.

We appreciate everyone who played a part in making the Education Open Day such a wonderful community event. 💙💛

As our representative sport and event season continues, we'd like to remind all families that representative uniforms remain the property of the school and are provided to students on loan for the duration of their event.

Please ensure all borrowed uniforms are washed and returned to the school promptly after your child's representative event. This helps us keep our uniforms in excellent condition and ensures they are ready for the next team of students who are representing our school.

We appreciate your support in caring for these uniforms so that every student has the opportunity to proudly represent our school in the correct uniform.

📢 Family Picnic Canteen Reminder 🧺

A reminder to all families that orders for our Family Picnic Canteen Menu close at 11:00am on Monday, 3 August. Be sure to get your orders in before the deadline so you don't miss out on Alison's delicious picnic offerings!

Please note that the standard canteen menu will only be available on Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

We're also looking for a few volunteers to help on the day. If you have an hour or two to spare, we'd love to have your support!

A huge thank you to Alison for all the time and effort she's put into creating such a delicious menu to help our families celebrate Education Open Day. Your hard work is greatly appreciated, and we're sure everyone will enjoy the special picnic treats! 💙💛

⏰ Athletics Carnival Lunch Orders Close Soon! ⏰

A friendly reminder to all parents and carers that Athletics Carnival lunch orders close at 11:00 am this Saturday. If you haven't placed your order yet, now's the time!

We'll also have:
🥤 A selection of cold drinks and snacks available for purchase.
🌭 A delicious sausage sizzle for parents and carers.

Cash and card payments will be accepted on the day.

A huge thank you to East Blaxland Butcher for generously supplying the sausages for our sausage sizzle. We really appreciate your support of our school community!

🪩🎉 Our Daytime Disco is TOMORROW! 🎉🪩

The excitement is building, and we can't wait to see everyone enjoying a fantastic day of music, dancing and fun with their friends!

A reminder to families that canteen orders have now closed. If you did not place an order, please ensure your child brings their own lunch and snacks for the day.

A huge thank you to our amazing P&C for organising this special event and for the time and effort they have put into making it happen. We would also like to thank the wonderful staff for their support in helping make the day a memorable experience for all of our children.

We know it's going to be a fantastic day, and we're looking forward to seeing lots of smiling faces on the dance floor! 💃🕺✨
