Families with young children can enjoy a storytime session in three languages at the same time: English, Chinese and Italian.

This program is aimed at children aged 1-5, however older children are welcome if the program is suitable.

小年Xiaonian ("Little New Year") marks the start of the Chinese New Year season. It falls on the 23rd or 24th of the last lunar month.
On this day, families offer sweets to the Kitchen God, hoping he will give a good report to heaven. They also thoroughly clean their homes to sweep away bad luck and begin festive preparations.
It’s a day of rituals to bid farewell to the old and welcome prosperity for the coming year.
