On Friday 18th of September, Glen Waverley South Primary School will be hosting its annual Footy Colours Day from 11:00am!

On this day we encourage students to wear the colours of their favourite AFL or sporting team and to bring a gold coin donation with all proceeds raised on the day to go to the Fight Cancer Foundation. You can also make a donation directly online via our fundraising link: https://www.footycoloursday.com.au/fundraisers/gwsps1/footy-colours-day-2026-schools

All members of the school community are welcome to join us from 11:00am for our Footy Colours parade on the basketball court then the Level 6 Students VS Staff/Parents AFL and netball matches. Parents from all year levels are welcome to join in, the more the merrier.

Thank you to the fundraising committee for organising the hotdog lunch! Students need to return their forms with correct money by 4pm Friday 11th of September.

Our final assembly will be held at 2:00pm, and school will conclude at 2.30pm.

We look forward to seeing you there.
