Annnnnd, that's a wrap! 😁 ...for these hols, anyway. Some beautiful cartoons and paintings produced in the final workshop, from a very creative little group❣️

❤️🧡💛 KID'S HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS 💚💙💜
Tomorrow is the last of the school holiday workshops and I already know I'll miss being run off my feet 😂
💜💙💚 Today we worked on drawing, colouring, cartooning and painting skills...the kids got to do an assisted cartoon of themselves, 😁 an animated, full colour pencil drawing of a mushroom forest 💚 and a beautiful acrylic painted canvas of an African sunset.
💛🧡❤️ Highlight of MY day was when it was time to go home, the kids said they didn't want to go yet 😲 and😂 were trying to bribe me with MONEY to let them stay 😂😂😂 (Offers opened at $100 and last reasonable bid came in at $9,000 😂❤️😂🧡😂💛...ohh, my heart!🥰

Once upon a time, Leonardo da Vinci sat in a little restaurant and ordered his meal. Across from him sat two little old ladies. One whispered to the other "That's Leonardo da Vinci, the famous artist...go over and ask for his autograph!" The other said "I'll do better than that..." and she picks up a napkin and goes to him, saying "You're Leonardo the artist, aren't you? I wonder if you'd mind drawing something on this napkin for me? I'll pay you whatever you ask..."
So Leo says "Okay, happy to..." and he sets about drawing a quick sketch for her. When he finished, he hands it to her and the lady says "Ohhh, thank you so much! How much do I owe you?"
Leonardo says "That'll be $40,000 pounds, madam"
She nearly faints. "But...but how can you charge me so much? It only took you a few minutes!!"
Leonardo replies "Ohhh no, madam... It actually took me 40 years!!"

❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 KIDS HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS!
Only two in yesterday's workshop, but what a great pair of kids!! Both love drawing, and it showed in their confidence with creating their pieces.🥰 After the first of the drawing exercises, the days lesson plan went out the window when they decided they'd prefer to paint a snow landscape, similar to one of mine hanging in the studio 😂 (Haha, I'm easy...) and I think they surprised themselves at the result!❤️ Great work, you two 👍🌿🦆🥰 I'm proud of you!
