💙 EVERY REP COUNTS FOR KIM 💙

Our gym community is coming together for a cause that means so much.

We’re raising funds for Kim Webber—a loving wife, mum, grandmother, and friend to so many in the Gympie community. Following Kim’s recent diagnosis of glioblastoma (brain cancer), we’re standing together to support Kim and her family through this incredibly challenging journey.

Now it’s our turn to show what community is all about.

✅ Team Nomination

• A $50 team nomination fee is required to secure your team’s place.
• This $50 will be credited towards your team’s final sponsorship total, reducing the amount owing based on the number of reps completed on the day.

📩 How to Nominate

To nominate your team, simply send a message to the Become Fitness page. We’ll send you all the information, including how to pay the $50 team nomination fee to officially secure your team’s spot.

⚠️ Team spots are limited, so get in quick!

🏋️ The Workout

Teams will complete:

🔥 100 Burpees
💥 100 Push-ups
🚶 200 Lunges
💙 200 Sit-ups
🦵 300 Squats
🏃 100 Shuttle Runs

Teams must complete all reps of one movement before moving on to the next.

🤝 Sponsor a Team

Each team will be sponsored by a local business, family member, friend, or supporter.

Every completed rep earns a donation:

• Burpees – $0.75 each (maximum $75)
• Push-ups – $0.25 each (maximum $25)
• Lunges – $0.20 each (maximum $40)
• Sit-ups – $0.15 each (maximum $30)
• Squats – $0.10 each (maximum $30)
• Shuttle Runs – $0.50 each (maximum $50)

💙 Maximum sponsorship per team: $250

For businesses sponsoring a team: Once the event has concluded and the final rep count has been confirmed, a final invoice will be issued showing the remaining balance owing (less the $50 team nomination fee already paid). This provides businesses with a formal invoice for their records and tax purposes.

🎟 Raffles will be running throughout the morning, with some fantastic prizes up for grabs! Even if you’re not competing, come along, cheer on the teams, grab a raffle ticket, and help make a difference.

Looking for something fun to do with the kids these school holidays? Come and join us for a FREE afternoon of movement, games and face painting as we launch our brand new Little Movers Club! 🥳

This is the perfect chance to:

💚 Let your little one try the class before it begins
💛 Build confidence through movement and play

Our Little Movers Club is designed for children aged 4–8 years, helping them develop confidence, coordination, teamwork and a love of movement in a supportive, encouraging environment.
