Gladstone Judo Club JU NO KWAI

Gladstone Judo Club JU NO KWAI Ju-No-Kwai Gladstone is a judo club for all ages and abilities in Gladstone, QLD. Training is at Gladstone South State School on Toolooa Street.

We are a JFAQ registered club and welcome anyone regardless of previous ability from age 6 upwards. Training is on Wednesday nights from 5.30 - 7pm for both juniors and seniors. We train throughout the year except public and school holidays. As a sport judo provides a great all over body workout improving strength, stamina, co-ordination and flexibility . Self-discipline and confidence will also be improved.
