We are looking for a qualified Trainer and Assessor with proven industry experience in the construction/mining sector.
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐:
โข TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
โข Ideally 5+ years' experience as a Trainer and Assessor
โข Demonstrated industry currency, skills, knowledge and relevant qualifications
โข Intermediate PC skills
โข Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
โข Excellent time management and organisational skills
โข Current Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain

- HRWL Assessor Accreditation
- First Aid / CPR / LVR
- Chainsaw / Pole Saw
- Do***ng, Rigging and Crane qualifications
- Gantry Crane and Vehicle Loading Crane qualifications
- RII Earthmoving competencies including Skid Steer, Excavator, Front End Loader, Backhoe, Dozer and Roller
- Light Vehicle / 4WD
- Load Restraint

Ability and willingness to travel outside the Rockhampton region for day and overnight site-based training as required by the company.
Reporting to the Manager, the Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for the professional delivery of nationally accredited and recognised training and compliance within the engaged industry.

โข Deliver structured, relevant, and engaging training sessions to all learners and assist them in achieving their training objectives through assessments, observations and mentoring.
โข Create, implement and manage individual training plans
โข Complete administrative duties and training documentation as required
