We have some exciting news, with two new coaches for our Wednesday evening timetable.

mills.mma will be running the MMA Grappling class at 6-7pm. A professional MMA fighter with over 18 fights on all of Australia’s biggest shows, and former SuperFight champion. He brings a wealth of experience to those wanting to learn and improve on their MMA game.

will be running the BJJ Wrestling class after at 7-8pm. A BJJ black belt, multi-time champion in gi and nogi, including competing at the World Championships and Australian super fight events. He’ll be sharing his skills in wrestling and jiu-jitsu.

Be sure to come and join these classes, and learn from some of the best. See you on the mats!

We’ve made some updates to our timetable. Starting from 28 April 2026, there’s a new Tuesday 6am Open Mat and our Tuesday and Thursday day classes have moved to the morning 9am Muay Thai and 10am BJJ. See you there!

Big weekend for the team at the Martial Arts Open Invitational 👊

Super proud of Jake and James stepping into the ring for their very first kickboxing competition — it takes real courage to get in there and test yourself.

Jake had an outstanding first fight, scoring an 8 count in round one and finishing strong with a TKO in round two. In his second fight, he faced the eventual tournament winner in an absolute war — back and forth action, heart on display, and a lot of blood. Unfortunately, Jake was stopped in the final seconds of the third deciding round, but showed incredible toughness and skill throughout.

James had one fight and showed great fighting spirit with plenty of strong moments, narrowly losing by split decision. A performance to be proud of and a great foundation to build on.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our brother, Amarbir Gill.

Amarbir was one of those people who made every room brighter. Always smiling, always helpful, always kind to everyone he met. He earned his brown belt in BJJ with us and gave everything to this sport and this community.

He leaves behind his partner and his young daughter, and we refuse to let them face this alone.
