Thought I’d share just some of feedback I’ve received recently for Aqua Fitness classes! 💓

I really do appreciate everyone’s support in me & my sessions and how good it makes you feel is what’s it’s all about! ✨

I love that I’ve have so many of you that have been doing it with me for YEARS!!! 🙌🏼💦 and to those that start up for the first time too! It really is awesome for all ages!!

I love that I can bring that to you all in such a fun fitness way!

💦 5.15pm Tuesdays
💦 8.15am Wednesdays (this week and next) then back to an
💦 8.30am session and possibly a 9.30am!
💦 $75 (5 week block) $15 a class
