Today I ventured out to see Chloe & Angel attend their first pony club rally in hand.
They were an absolute standout of how the basic foundations that Chloe has been doing such a great job with turn out a well balanced calm horse & handler and I am so proud of them. 💜

Hi 👋 ,
As many of you may be aware I have been off for some time after discovering a large cancerous tumour inside my chest.

I have now had my last chemo & radiation treatments and I should start to feel better over the next couple of weeks.

In about 6-8 weeks a reassessment of the tumour size will determine if it can be removed by operation.

However in about two weeks it will give me about a month where I can do call outs prior to the pending operation .

As soon as I know the dates available, I’ll put them up on my Call Out Horse & Pony Assistance page 👍

Please let me know of your interest to book any of those dates 🙏

I’d also like to thank anybody who shares the go fund me as it has really helped a lot so far 🙏

Marshmallow has gone home.
She’s been out on the 5-10km trails with 3 different riders and has done very well, what a great pony in the front or behind on the trails.
Walking, trotting, cantering, turning & stopping.
Thanks to my 3 apprentice horse breakers; Tess, Ava & Bella, couldn’t have turned out such a great result without all you girls 💜.

Remember to always have your nose band big enough for them to yawn, yawning is a very important part of your horses self regulation program, always allow yawning 💜.

Big job for a 9yo child riding a horse at canter in roundyard on the 4th ride of its life.
Well done Ava learning all the things 👏.
They did all the paces, stops and turns.
Ava is now ready to take Marshmallow on the trail with her 2nd rider.
Great little pony and so smart 💜

It’s very hard not to get emotional about our horses emotions, but if they are not the emotions you require them to have then don’t join in.
They are a herd animal and require you to be a reliable leader, not a follower.
