POSITIVE PRINCIPAL VISIT
Today, for National Simultaneous Storytime, the Year Four Class read the book, Bowerbird Blues. Using a set of written instructions, Chantelle drew the Bowerbird free hand. Mrs Marquis was amazed at how accurate and detailed Chantelle's illustration was. A true work of art.

Unfortunately, the time had come to say goodbye to the mural in Kindy/Pre Primary. The mural was Miss Hewitson's creation from 2019 and we were unable to restore it to its former glory.

Thank you to New Millennium Painting for preparing the wall for the next piece of art. Please stay tuned to see what is coming.

POSITIVE PRINCIPAL VISIT
Earlier this week, Reuben brought his HASS work to show Mrs Marquis. The task required Reuben to draw all the services that a boat/fishing provides. In addition to Reuben's drawing, he was able to verbally explain his work. Mrs Marquis was very pleased with the detail of his verbal explanation.

POSITIVE PRINCIPAL VISIT
On Friday, Brooke, Roman and Shelby came to share with Mrs Marquis their STEM project. The students have been working on creating a solution to deal with litter in the ocean. They tested their prototype and made modifications based on their data.
