Perfect for a winters day. following lunch we will be watching a couple of docos on reconciliation.

Great to address the Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry- MWCCI Mid West Economic Summit today, advocating for the need for fully accessible courses from WA Uniโs that allow regional people to have an equitable choice of university courses that they can complete where they live.
Allowing regional people to fully participate in the jobs of the future is the least we should have to ask for.
A big component of the USQ School of Nursing & Midwifery Bachelor of Nursing course is residential schools where our students learn the clinical skills needed to qualify as a Registered Nurse. Under the expert tutelage of Academic Course Coordinator, Dr Stephanie Millns Sizer, the GUC runs residential schools right here at our campus, and also at the excellent simulated hospital ward facilities at Central Regional TAFE.
Loving the pink scrubs Dr Steph....
Always great to be out and about at our local schools. Thank you Champion Bay Senior High School for inviting us along ๐๐ป.
Appreciation Post - Thank you to Bluff Point Primary School, WA, Australia for their ongoing support of our education students. As part of their CQUniversity Australia Health and Physical Education unit, GUC students taught a PE lesson for Bluff Point Pre-Primary and Kindy students working on their fundamental movement skills. ๐
Great to be part of the Lumen Wheatbelt Regional University Centre opening yesterday in Narrogin. Lumen is the newest RUC to open in WA, with study hubs in Merredin, Narrogin, York, and Wongan Hills. Regional University Centre's provide students in regional and remote areas access to higher education without having to leave their community. Great to see that this opportunity is now possible for people living in the Wheatbelt.
Great to welcome Nagle Catholic College Year 12s to our TISC Breakfast Workshop this morning.
Congratulations to our 2023 Graduates! Wohoo!! ๐๐
